He acts as a dedicated strategic advisor and technical asset partner to Family Offices, Infrastructure Funds, Private Equity houses, and Asset Managers.
Throughout his career, Gurpreet has established a formidable track record in high-level capital structuring. He has historically managed investment portfolios exceeding £300 million and has acted as a lead advisor on complex transactions totaling over £2Bn. His core expertise encompasses commercial real estate acquisitions, sophisticated debt structuring, secondary and private placements, and the origination of bespoke balance sheet solutions.
Beyond traditional real estate and structured finance, Gurpreet possesses deep expertise in bridging private capital with high-growth global ventures. He currently serves as the Global Strategic Advisor for Chingari—India’s leading social media application—where he successfully facilitated £15 million in Series A and B equity raises. His advisory portfolio also includes high-level strategic mandates for Eros International (global film distribution), XFINITE (blockchain infrastructure), and SGGPL Bangladesh (a multi-billion-dollar waste-to-green energy initiative).
In addition to his private advisory mandates, Gurpreet serves as an Advisor to the Creative Diversity Fund, working closely with the Executive Team to drive strategic partnerships, monitor fund performance, and expand the portfolio’s global footprint.

Bringing over two decades of Tier-1 institutional pedigree to the Bains Capital Partners desk, Rahul formerly served as Managing Director and Head of the Financing Solutions Group for APAC at UBS. In this capacity, he actively managed multi-billion-dollar risk books, leading principal credit, acquisition finance, and distressed trading operations.
